De Anza Youth Soccer League (DYSL)

Financial Assistance is approved by the De Anza Force Club Treasurer.  There is not a separate DYSL form for financial assistance.  If a player receives Force financial assistance, they will automatically be awarded DYSL assistance.  Please highlight any financial aid players on your roster and deduct $125 from their fees as an estimate of DYSL financial assistance for the season.  Once DYSL knows the exact number of financial assistance applicants, the Registrar will finalize the $ amount of assistance and notify team managers of any discrepancy.
