Overview

Teams have three types of registration that must be completed. (US Soccer Academy team registration information is not included herein. Registration for tournaments is according to the instructions and deadlines for each tournament.)

 

1)  Playing League Registration (NorCal, NPL, ECNL,MLS Next):  completed every Fall and Spring

 

IMPORTANT: Deadlines for playing leagues are set by the playing leagues themselves, and it is the responsibility of each team to review the respective websites and register for their playing league at these websites and per the deadlines indicated by the websites. DYSL deadlines and playing league deadlines are NOT the same. You do not register for playing leagues via DYSL.

 

2)  Registration with DYSL:  completed every Fall and Spring 

 

DYSL provides teams with fields, referees, field lining, goal security and other services. For each fall and spring season, according to the deadlines provided by the DYSL Registrar, teams provide:

 

  • An email soft copy of their roster spreadsheet which includes the names and email addresses of the Coach and Manager and home addresses of all players registered with the team.  Click HERE to download the roster spreadsheet.  

  • A check payable to "DYSL" for the appropriate fees.   See Fees for the current season's fees. 

  

3)  Registration with US Club:  completed every Fall for returning players and throughout the year for new players


De Anza Force teams register for US Club Soccer through the De Anza Force Registrar, LeeAnn Wilson.

 

IMPORTANT: Failure to provide your spreadsheet roster and fee payment to DYSL by February, 1 2024 will result in a team losing their booked game fields. Game fields will need to be rebooked once the DYSL Registrar receives both the spreadsheet roster and the applicable fees.
